  • Tao Tao Ju is located at 15 Lisle Street, London WC2H 7BE — just a two-minute walk from Leicester Square station. We're also close to The Hippodrome Casino, The LEGO Store, Prince Charles Cinema, and M&M's London.

  • We serve a wide variety of authentic Chinese cuisine, specialising in Hong Kong-style dishes and Cantonese classics, including our beloved dim sum menu.

  • Yes! Tao Tao Ju has been a fixture in Chinatown London for over 15 years, and our core kitchen team brings a combined experience of over 100 years.

  • Always. Every piece of dim sum is handcrafted on-site daily and cooked fresh to order at Tao Tao Ju, never pre-made or reheated.

  • Our dim sum is the star of the menu. Customer favourites include Har Gau, Xiao Long Bao, Cheung Fun, and Chicken Feet — all made fresh to order daily.

  • We're open daily from 12pm to 11pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

  • We accept both! Reservations are recommended, but we always hold space for walk-ins.

  • We're not a halal-certified kitchen, but we offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes — and we were one of the first restaurants in Chinatown London to introduce a dedicated Vegan Set Menu. We're also happy to customise dishes where possible.
